
Refunds & Returns
We hope you love what you’ve ordered, but if there’s an issue or you’re not 100% satisfied – contact us to initiate a return of your item (in person or via shipment).
Please note: all custom orders delivered/accepted by the buyer are not able to be returned/non-refundable. All returns should be initiated within 30 days of delivery (in person sales) or shipment date.
Please save the invoice you received with your package. It’s your receipt in case you need to return your item(s). Once your return has been received, please allow 1-2 weeks for processing and 3-7 business days to receive your credit.
Contrast E2C LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged packages by shipment/delivery services.
The Return process must be initiated by contacting Contrast E2C via email at contraste2c@gmail.com to ensure tracking of conversations. Please have order information on hand for reference. The merchandise return address will be provided by customer service at that time based on our policies.
Merchandise Exceptions
Beauty: Makeup / Fragrance - All sales are final and cannot be returned.
Body Jewelry - All sales are final and cannot be returned.
Candy and any other consumable products - All sales are final and cannot be returned.
Clearance - All sales are final and cannot be returned.
Collectibles: Funko - If you are attempting to return a Funko POP! Figure, here are some things you need to know. POP! Figures are mass-produced. As a result, minor variations occur during the manufacturing process. These variations can include slight creases or scuff marks on the packaging. While we wish everyone could receive a pristine box, it isn’t always the case.
Collectibles: Can only be returned within 7 days of purchase (in-store) and 7 days of receiving item (online).
Electronics - Cannot be returned if opened.
Refunds
We'll process your credit as soon as we receive your returned merchandise. Depending on the bank’s policy it can take up to 7 business days if in the U.S. and 14 business days if international, from the date of the order cancellation. You will not be reimbursed for your original or return postage. Shipping surcharges are not refundable at this time.
CONTRAST E2C offers a variety of fast and secure shipping methods so customers receive their orders in a timely, worry-free manner. We also offer limited in-person pickup options in Ross, Pickaway, Fayette counties within Ohio. All locations considered for in-person pickup will be limited to secured, public areas.
CONTRAST E2C LLC does not ship to International or domestic freight forwarders. We currently only offer Standard Shipping to P.O. Boxes. Express option is NOT available. All APO/FPO orders ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS).
All orders are processed Monday - Friday only, and not on holidays.
Processing time and shipping estimates are dependent on payment authorization. Some items ship directly to you from our vendors. Depending on the item, the cost of shipping may be greater due to the item's unique size, weight, or fragility. We do our best to ensure that these shipping costs are kept at a reasonable amount.
